9 years ago, after the Lupo intentional dumping in Youngstown, Senate Bill 318 gave ODNR authority to require the toxic, radioactive frack waste trucks be equipped with gps recorders that would track the frack waste from the gas well to injection well. This is known as cradle to grave accountability.
ODNR promised a group from FrackFree Mahoning Valley that the units would be installed by spring (2014).

2022 and the toxic, radioactive frack waste trucks are still run-a-muck.
8 years of broken promises.

Injection well services cost big money. Dumping this poison on our roads saves big money.
